Create and maintain components in ECAD tools, coordinate prototypes and production with manufacturers, develop electrical safety test cases, and manage CE/UL testing. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware/software, test, support, and manufacturing teams and support product documentation and lifecycle processes.

Lead and coordinate a multi-site manufacturing ramp-up by managing integrated project tracking, headcount and training readiness, cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, and executive reporting to ensure timely production expansion.

Advise senior leaders and transformation teams on internal and change communications. Develop and execute global communication strategies, executive-ready content, town halls, messaging, and intranet materials to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. Measure effectiveness and partner across functions to support organizational change.

Lead go-to-market for datacenter manageability products (KVM and serial console portfolio). Own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive analysis, pricing and packaging. Partner with product, sales, finance, and field teams; run win/loss analysis; train sellers and channel partners; translate customer insights into commercial and roadmap changes to improve win rates and product adoption.

Design and integrate printed wiring boards and assemblies for thermal products. Create system architectures, write PWB specifications, develop hardware and factory test plans, manage CM/vendor test equipment, evaluate and mitigate EMC risks, troubleshoot failures, support part selection and production documentation, and collaborate with firmware and global teams.
