Key Responsibilities Service Portfolio Strategy & Offering Development

  • Define and own the global roadmap for project-based fluid management services across high-density and liquid-cooled data center environments.
  • Translate customer needs for commissioning readiness, uptime, fluid quality, reliability, and operating risk reduction into standardized global service offerings.
  • Develop clear service definitions covering scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, acceptance criteria, service tiers, and handoff requirements.
  • Ensure offerings can support both Vertiv and non-Vertiv environments where fluid management scope interfaces with broader thermal infrastructure.

Scope of Work, Standards & Technical Definition

  • Create standardized SOW templates for flush, fill, filtration, coolant conditioning, sampling, pre-commissioning support, and turnover services.
  • Define technical requirements for fluid cleanliness, filtration levels, fill procedures, flushing processes, sample points, reporting outputs, and completion criteria.
  • Partner with engineering and technical SMEs to align service procedures with system design, coolant compatibility, safety requirements, warranty considerations, and customer operating specifications.
  • Build the execution playbook required for repeatable delivery across project services, field services, partners, and regional operations teams.

Pricing, Commercialization & Margin Governance

  • Develop pricing models for project-based fluid management services, including fixed-price packages, unit-based pricing, project-specific estimates, and regional pricing guidance.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and regional teams to establish margin targets, cost models, pricing guardrails, and approval thresholds by service type and region.
  • Create customer-facing value propositions that position fluid management as a critical uptime, commissioning, and lifecycle reliability service for high-density data centers.
  • Support bid teams and regional sales organizations with pricing tools, SOW language, commercial assumptions, and escalation guidance.

Global Deployment & Regional Expansion

  • Lead the global rollout of the fluid management service offering, ensuring regional teams have the tools, training, pricing, supplier alignment, and execution standards required to deliver consistently.
  • Develop launch plans, deployment playbooks, regional readiness criteria, training materials, and governance routines to accelerate adoption across all regions.
  • Identify regional capability gaps and drive closure through internal service development, partner enablement, supplier qualification, or local execution models.
  • Monitor adoption, pipeline conversion, execution quality, profitability, and customer outcomes to continuously improve the global offering.

Partner, Supplier & Ecosystem Management

  • Partner with strategic fluid, chemical, filtration, testing, and logistics providers to define roles, responsibilities, service boundaries, and commercial models.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and regional operations to ensure availability of DI water, glycol/coolant blends, filtration equipment, sampling kits, lab testing, and related project materials.
  • Create governance for partner-led scope to ensure consistent quality, safety, reporting, and customer experience under the Vertiv service model.

Lifecycle Performance & Digital Integration

  • Partner with digital and monitoring teams to connect fluid condition, filtration events, sampling results, and equipment health data into lifecycle service insights where applicable.
  • Use field data, customer feedback, project results, and regional performance metrics to refine service standards, pricing, and execution models.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service repeatability, project margin, execution consistency, and customer confidence in Vertiv’s high-density data center service capabilities.

Primary Deliverables

  • Global service roadmap for project-based fluid management services.
  • Standardized SOW templates, assumptions, exclusions, acceptance criteria, and customer deliverables.
