Leads corporate strategy and transformation initiatives across clinical and healthcare management areas. Supports strategy development, planning, market research, implementation, growth, affordability, and technology-enabled operating model transformation. Manage a team advising on privacy compliance and contracts, analyze/apply privacy laws (including HIPAA), lead privacy initiatives, oversee breach response and subsidiary privacy operations, and train stakeholders.

This role involves developing complex actuarial models, conducting analyses and presenting findings for pricing, underwriting and forecasting.

Lead and manage internal audit projects, supervise and develop audit staff, evaluate internal controls for business processes and systems, advise management on control standards, perform audit planning, testing, documentation, and reporting, and support compliance, risk management, and third-party oversight.

Sell and renew group health insurance products to existing customers, negotiate renewals, support customer needs, manage complex accounts, analyze financial reports, mentor others, and travel as needed. Requires managed care product expertise and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Lead multiple data engineering teams to ensure data quality, build and optimize data pipelines, ingest and curate diverse data sources, transform data for ML/analytics, productionize data science products, collaborate with IT for deployments, manage budgets/resources, and build business cases with ROI analyses.
