Lead customer SaaS implementations from kickoff to completion as primary liaison between customers and technical teams. Gather and document requirements, manage project plans, mitigate risks, configure platform settings, train users, and produce project documentation to ensure on-time delivery and successful adoption of OpenBlue Employee solutions.

Lead customer-facing technical engagements for chiller solutions: develop and validate HVAC system designs, support SAT testing, troubleshoot equipment and code issues, create tools/documentation, train sales teams, analyze competitor and market trends, and collaborate with design, product management, and global factories to drive successful, scalable project outcomes.

Provide pre-sale and application electrical engineering support for HVAC chiller systems. Develop and review power distribution layouts, one-line diagrams, and control schematics. Ensure NEC/UL compliance, perform wire sizing, short-circuit/overcurrent analysis, motor control support (VFDs/soft starters), troubleshoot field issues, create documentation, and train internal teams.

Lead electrical design for HVAC equipment including system architecture, schematics, wiring, VFDs and motor integration, compliance (NEC/UL), testing, prototype support, BOM management, supplier qualification, DFMA, and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead design, testing, and sustainment of variable speed drives and power electronics for chiller applications. Perform system architecture, feasibility studies, simulations, prototype and reliability testing, create compliance procedures, release documentation for manufacturing, and act as technical lead for field and factory troubleshooting.

Lead development of power electronics and VSD control solutions: model and simulate controls in MATLAB/Simulink with auto-code generation, design and test PCBA/PCB assemblies (including FPGA/CPLD), perform HIL and prototype testing, support field troubleshooting, and drive projects from feasibility and cost analysis through validation and product lifecycle.

Lead development of power electronics and VSD control solutions: model and simulate controls in MATLAB/Simulink, generate auto-code, design and test PCBA/PCB assemblies, run HIL and prototype tests, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure reliability and manufacturability across the product lifecycle.
