Develop and execute test plans for embedded software, design and maintain automated and manual test frameworks, debug hardware using scopes/logic analyzers/JTAG, analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and process improvements.

Design and develop PCB assemblies and embedded firmware for fire detection and control systems for vehicles and commercial kitchens. Lead system-level design, verification, regulatory testing, supplier and agency collaboration, and product launch activities while working with cross-functional teams.

Support R&D testing by setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting sensors, instrumentation, PLCs, VFDs, and data acquisition systems. Develop and maintain LabVIEW programs for data collection and test control, build and wire automation hardware, diagnose wiring and communication issues, and maintain system documentation while collaborating with project teams to ensure safe, accurate, and reliable test operations.

Lead and deliver complex software and hardware product projects from concept through launch. Define scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality; coordinate geographically dispersed cross-functional teams; apply NPI and PM best practices; track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are on budget, on schedule, on cost, and on quality.

Sell RFID-driven inventory visibility and loss-prevention solutions to retail customers across North America. Prospect and close new B2B accounts, build executive relationships across IT, Operations, Loss Prevention and Supply Chain, develop tailored solutions, drive full sales cycle, and support sales enablement. Travel ~30% for customer engagement.

Prepare detailed CAD drawings and sprinkler system layouts using AutoCAD-based tools, apply NFPA standards, perform hydraulic calculations, conduct field checks, coordinate with contracting and installation teams, mentor junior designers, and assist sales with design estimates and material delivery coordination.
