Leads engineering activities involving the design, acquisition, deployment, and integration of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Serves as a technology subject matter expert, develops technology roadmaps, defines system enhancements, recommends customizations, diagnoses root causes, manages risk and compliance, and mentors junior staff. Designs and maintains scalable Python and Ab Initio ETL pipelines, supports migration from Ab Initio to Python, integrates Kafka streaming, and applies data quality controls. Partners with management teams, resolves complex systems problems, manages risks and compliance, and mentors developers and analysts.

Leads application development and systems analysis initiatives, coordinating with technology and management teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements. Designs applications within enterprise architecture standards, establishes coding and testing practices, resolves complex technical problems, and advises developers and analysts. The role requires expertise in programming, microservices, cloud-native systems, APIs, DevOps, analytics, and data engineering, with preferred AI/ML experience.

Leads enterprise-scale technology programs from business case through production and post-implementation review. Develops delivery roadmaps, manages risks, issues, dependencies, governance, escalations, financial reporting, and executive communications. Partners with engineering and architecture leaders on technical trade-offs, coordinates cross-functional teams, applies agile and phase-gated delivery practices, and removes delivery friction through process improvement and automation.

Leads Citi’s U.S. AML external engagement and regulatory policy strategy. Analyzes proposed rules, legislation, consultations, and guidance; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders to develop corporate positions; represents Citi with trade associations and international bodies; aligns U.S. advocacy with global AML standards; and briefs senior leadership on emerging risks and control enhancements.

Provides non-attorney legal support to Citi’s Litigation team, including case and regulatory matter tracking, documentation, discovery, billing, settlements, reporting, research, and legal operations. Maintains detailed records, coordinates with internal and international legal stakeholders, supports regulatory responses, manages complex requests under tight deadlines, and applies sound risk, compliance, and ethical judgment.

Provides senior legal counsel to Citi’s global Equities business, advising leadership on securities regulations, trade structuring, strategic initiatives, complex transactions, and emerging legal and reputational risks. Partners with business, risk, control, legal, and external counsel teams to deliver commercially sound solutions and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Owns negotiation, drafting, review, documentation, and execution of complex trading and banking transactions for institutional clients. Partners with clients, external counsel, legal, risk, and business teams; advises on product- and jurisdiction-specific documentation requirements; maintains negotiation records; monitors regulatory developments; and manages projects supporting regulatory changes, process improvements, and new product launches.

Build and operate Citi’s scalable Generative AI common platform across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include designing reliable software, applying LLMs and RAG, partnering with development teams and business experts, maintaining security and SDLC compliance, and evolving the platform at scale. The role requires strong Python, distributed systems, architecture, Kubernetes, cloud, CI/CD, and MLOps expertise, along with leadership, project management, and communication skills.
