Oversees DevSecOps, code quality, security scanning, architectural standards, and stakeholder alignment while remaining hands-on with prototyping and core development.

Develops and implements new or revised application systems, conducts systems analysis and programming, and oversees development through testing and implementation. Provides user support, evaluates complex application and business-process issues, recommends programming and security solutions, manages risk and compliance, and advises junior analysts. Requires independent judgment, stakeholder consultation, project implementation experience, and the ability to manage deadlines and changing requirements.

Owns the IDP platform’s CI/CD pipelines, OpenShift deployments, Helm charts, PostgreSQL and Liquibase operations, Kafka administration, container security, Artifactory lifecycle management, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk. The role supports Python and React applications, ensures platform reliability and scalability, and performs monitoring, tuning, and root cause analysis. Experience with GenAI or LLM platforms is preferred.

Leads Citi’s Finance Business Architecture practice, defining current and future-state architectures, technology standards, data strategy, and transformation roadmaps. Partners with Finance, technology, data, and engineering leaders on ERP migrations, ledger consolidation, reporting modernization, and strategic investments. Governs architecture processes, capability mapping, reference data, and design decisions while identifying responsible AI, ML, and GenAI opportunities across Finance processes. Influences senior stakeholders, manages architecture governance, and drives continuous improvement in enterprise architecture practices.
