Provide technical leadership in mechanical design, tooling, and manufacturing processes from concept through production. Create drawings/models/specs, produce cost estimates, troubleshoot production and quality issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement manufacturing innovations to improve quality and efficiency.

Develop and edit emotionally resonant, on-strategy copy for greeting cards, gifts, packaging, and promotions. Collaborate with art directors, designers, and product teams to create trend-driven, saleable products; manage multiple programs, capture product details, and analyze performance. Deliver a range of tones and storytelling formats and support creative concept development and handoffs.
