Supports the US Manufacturing Finance Team with operational accounting, including standard costing, inventory, excess and obsolete analysis, cycle counts, scrap accounting, month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Resolves purchase order and invoice issues with buyers and Accounts Payable. Prepares production volume reports and researches bills of materials, materials usage, and purchase price variances.

Designs, develops, refines, and tests applications, dashboards, and tools for the ICE software platform. The intern will create prototypes, collaborate with software engineers, architects, product managers, and subject matter experts, provide project updates, document findings, and present completed work. This is an on-site role supporting Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ medical device and laboratory software products.

Manage technical quotations for custom upstream bioprocessing hardware. Review customer RFQs and specifications, identify exceptions, coordinate with engineering teams, assess technical feasibility, and develop proposal documentation including P&IDs, drawings, and system specifications. Apply project management, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination skills to complete quotes accurately and on schedule while meeting business KPIs.

Creates custom upstream product designs, assembly drawings, bills of materials, quotations, and manufacturing documentation using 2D/3D CAD. Collaborates with commercial teams and engineers to meet customer and product requirements, supports ECR/ECO product releases, reviews design work, and manages project risks and schedules. The role is onsite in Duncan, South Carolina.

Leads manufacturing engineers supporting operations across multiple value streams. Provides technical direction for process, equipment, workflow, and capital improvements; resolves operational issues; drives Lean continuous improvement; and manages projects from concept through commissioning, qualification, and startup. Partners with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, capacity, and compliance with cGMP and other requirements.

Drives adoption of Cytiva’s customer education portfolio across the Americas and other global regions. Engages customers to assess learning needs, recommend pathways, support demonstrations and onboarding, and improve customer self-sufficiency. Partners with commercial, product, operations, customer success, and technical teams on learning-related opportunities. Collects customer feedback, identifies adoption barriers, and provides insights to enhance learning solutions and customer experience. The role requires extensive global travel and experience in customer education within life sciences or another technical industry.

Supports the Finance team with financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, variance analysis, monthly close activities, management reports, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Collaborates cross-functionally to analyze performance and support business decision-making. The 12-week paid internship is on-site in Fargo, North Dakota, with exposure to budgeting, strategic planning, executive engagement, and Danaher Business System fundamentals.

Supports daily accounting operations, month-end close activities, SOX testing, account reconciliations, audits, internal controls, and accounting projects. Collaborates with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to identify process efficiencies and automation opportunities. The 12-week paid internship provides hands-on ERP experience, exposure to accounting practices, leadership engagement, and project-based learning.

Supports Cytiva’s North America NDA program by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on standardized agreements, including NDAs and MTAs. Maintains legal templates, policies, fallback positions, user guides, and operational resources. Develops training and onboarding materials, supports legal operations such as corporate governance, legal holds, service of process coordination, and shared inbox management, and collaborates across business functions and operating companies.

IP Counsel partners with R&D and business teams to protect life sciences innovations, manage patent prosecution and portfolio strategy, conduct patent landscape and freedom-to-operate analyses, advise on IP contract terms, and safeguard trade secrets. The role also supports IP disputes and provides strategic guidance on intellectual property risks and opportunities.
