The Sr Internal Auditor, IT is responsible for will have an opportunity to work in a dynamic business environment across various functions and levels in support of the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance process as well as special projects. This role partners with control owners and stakeholders to assess control design and operating effectiveness, identify control deficiencies, support remediation efforts, and maintain compliance with SOX requirements.

This position reports to the Director, Internal Audit and is part of the Internal Audit Team located in Irvine , CA and will be an on-site role. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:  

* Plan, coordinate, and perform testing of IT SOX controls, including assessments of control design and operating effectiveness.

* Evaluate control evidence and testing results to determine compliance with established control objectives and SOX requirements.

* Prepare appropriate documentation (e.g. narratives, flowchart, control matrices, segregation of duties analyses, audit reports, etc.) in support of all work performed.

The essential requirements of the job include:
* Minimum 3 years of I.T. audit-related experience with an emphasis on Sarbanes Oxley testing.

* Strong knowledge of COSO and COBIT frameworks.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:  

* CISA or equivalent preferred (CIA a plus)

* Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firm experience a plus

* I.T. Audit experience related to Oracle Fusion a plus

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000.  This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.  

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.  

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

Bonus / Incentive Pay  

10% of annual base salary   

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.  This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
