Configures and administers Coupa, SAP, and related P2P systems; manages integrations and middleware; resolves Tier 3 production issues; documents system architecture and procedures; and improves procurement, expense, reconciliation, automation, and analytics processes.

Leads a strategic global corporate travel agency account, owning executive relationships, account strategy, revenue growth, retention, and tailored solution delivery. Partners with product, technology, operations, and commercial teams to align solutions with customer objectives. Uses analytics, automation, and generative AI to monitor performance, improve account planning, and accelerate delivery.

Develop statistical models, forecasting methods, and machine learning algorithms for airline optimization and travel retailing. Source and manipulate data using multiple programming languages, deploy models in cloud environments, and collaborate with software engineers on production analytics tools. Define KPIs, monitor data and model performance, conduct proof-of-concept studies, and communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Lead technical accounting for capital markets transactions, debt issuances, refinancings, derivatives, securitization facilities, and related SEC reporting. Manage debt accounting, SOX controls, month-end close, audits, statutory filings, and technical memoranda. Advise Treasury, Legal, Tax, auditors, and executive leadership while applying US GAAP and leveraging automation to improve reporting workflows.

Owns end-to-end procurement and category strategy for third-party Professional Services and Labor suppliers. Leads sourcing, RFx processes, commercial negotiations, spend analysis, contract reviews, supplier risk assessments, and workflow standardization. Partners with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Security, executives, and business stakeholders to optimize costs, mitigate risk, and improve supplier value using procurement systems such as SAP and Coupa.

Leads global talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, succession planning, performance management, learning and development, and workforce planning. Builds enterprise career frameworks, job architectures, internal mobility programs, leadership development, and AI-enabled talent processes. Partners with executives, Finance, and People leadership to align workforce strategy with business goals, improve recruitment analytics, and develop organizational capabilities.

Leads a global HRIS and People Analytics team, setting the roadmap for workforce insights, executive dashboards, labor forecasting, workforce planning, and Workday Adaptive processes. Governs Workday security, data access, configuration, release management, testing, and data governance. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to align analytics delivery with enterprise goals while responsibly applying agentic AI to improve efficiency and productivity.
