Manages product certification engineering resources, agency certification projects, lab testing, technical specifications, and compliance procedures. Leads cross-functional certification efforts involving standards such as NSF/ANSI 61, UL, CSA, ATEX, IECEx, CE, RoHS, and REACH. Directs engineering priorities, reviews product designs and changes, establishes technical policies, evaluates project feasibility, oversees testing documentation, tracks performance, resolves problems, and provides administrative and materials expertise.

Provide advanced second-tier technical support (phone, email, onsite), diagnose complex product issues, conduct onsite and web training, manage cases and status updates, create technical documentation, and identify sales/service opportunities to improve customer experience.

Serve as the technical and functional PLM resource: administer and configure PLM and engineering tools, resolve incidents (ServiceNow), manage licenses, lead upgrades/integrations, author SOPs and training, migrate CAD/parts data, and partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, infrastructure, and security to improve system performance and compliance.

Install, configure, and maintain workstation operating systems and plant IT systems. Provide end-user support, manage incidents and changes in ServiceNow, image and deploy PCs, maintain IT asset inventories, support network/phone/server hardware, develop/maintain shop-floor apps using C# and SQL, and ensure documentation and SOX-compliant change records.

Supports the Value Acceleration Office through enterprise transformation portfolio analytics, governance, executive reporting, and value realization tracking. Partners with Finance, business leaders, and project owners on business cases, ROI and payback analysis, financial benefits tracking, dashboards, KPIs, risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive steering reviews. Identifies performance gaps and value erosion, coordinates status updates, supports escalation decisions, and contributes to post-implementation reviews and ad hoc transformation analysis.

Leads global electronics category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, cost controls, semiconductor allocation, supply-risk mitigation, and supplier performance. Supports product introduction through design-to-cost and value engineering, drives regionalization and dual sourcing, analyzes spend and market trends, presents recommendations to senior leadership, and mentors sourcing professionals.

Design and validate mechanical products (motors/pumps) from concept to production. Perform DFMEA, dimensional analysis, testing, vendor/component qualification, and support product improvements and validation efforts within multidisciplinary teams.

Develop and manage residential and commercial water treatment sales through dealer and wholesale channels. Grow and maintain professional water quality dealer accounts, secure strategic customer opportunities, and create forecasts, budgets, sales strategies, and marketing programs. Train dealers on products and collaborate with marketing on collateral, packaging, catalogs, and online presence. The role requires 65%–80% overnight travel across the Central United States.

Perform SOX and operational audits, analyze data to identify control deficiencies or noncompliance, prepare and communicate audit reports, assist with financial statement and earnings reviews, and travel to global facilities (~25%).

Manage assigned product portfolio (primarily Dispensing Systems), including forecasting, financial and competitive analysis, pricing, product lifecycle, product development business cases, market research, applications engineering oversight, go-to-market support, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership to meet sales and quality objectives.
