Provide onsite systems administration for Windows and RedHat Enterprise Linux environments. Manage ESXi/vCenter, Windows domains, DNS/DHCP/AD, RAID, encryption, backups, and server management. Manage timekeeping and payroll-related processes: maintain documentation, audit and reconcile timecards, calculate final pay, handle ServiceNow tickets, compile financial reports, ensure compliance with wage/hour laws, and provide customer support and cross-department collaboration.

Lead program cost controls for a portfolio of development programs: execute monthly/quarterly contract deliverables, manage inter-organizational transfers, generate monthly financial forecasts in Rplan, provide financial analysis and guidance to program leadership, and produce executive-level reporting using earned value management tools.

Manage program cost and schedule performance for full-rate production programs. Develop LREs and EACs, integrate PRISM/APEX data, perform EVMS analysis, support CAMs, prepare forecasts, CDRLs, ad hoc financial analyses, and monitor program financial performance.

Lead regional cybersecurity training initiatives onsite: design and deliver curriculum, run OJT and train-the-trainer programs, track training metrics, support talent pipeline (internships/apprenticeships), integrate automation and Workday training, and coordinate stakeholder engagement and periodic travel.

Prepare and support forward pricing rate proposals and agreements; maintain compliant government cost accounting and CAS disclosure familiarity; translate performance accounting to government cost accounting; develop and analyze actual vs. proposed rates; prepare annual incurred cost submissions; and interface with DCAA/DCMA on audits, billing rates, and related government accounting matters.

Lead onsite IT site services and end-user infrastructure projects: manage stakeholders and vendors, plan and deliver mobility and infrastructure refreshes, monitor service levels, and execute multiple concurrent projects to maintain hardware/software currency and improve digital operations.
