Manage and monitor backups for Active Directory and related directory systems, develop and test disaster recovery plans, perform restores and troubleshooting, maintain documentation, implement backup security, run recovery drills, and integrate solutions with network, systems, and security teams to meet RTO/RPO targets.

The role involves designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, collaborating with teams to ensure efficient data governance and processing for analytics.

Design and integrate secure, highly available infrastructure solutions for classified environments. Produce architecture and system design documentation, advise support teams, lead technical reviews, support proposals, perform readiness assessments, and ensure compliance with RMF/NIST/DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Manage global airline nacelle aftermarket support and account management: handle customer inquiries, process orders/quotes, coordinate with engineering, provisioning and warehouses, maintain ERP records, negotiate credit/invoice issues, provide after-sales support, participate in continuous improvement, and support sales team activities.
