Leads onsite digital technology services across infrastructure, applications, operations technology, and production environments. Serves as the primary escalation point, advocates for site needs, maintains secure and audit-ready operations, oversees hosting consumption and compliance, manages vendors and SLAs, and coordinates infrastructure projects, deployments, security initiatives, maintenance, and technology enablement across the facility.

Leads financial planning, cost analysis, forecasting, earned value management, variance analysis, risk and opportunity valuation, and proposal estimating for the PATRIOT program. Maintains budget and estimate-at-completion tracking, supports operating plans and performance reviews, ensures alignment across finance and operational stakeholders, and manages and develops a team of analysts.

Lead end-to-end access certification campaigns in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and closure. Analyze identity, entitlement, and role data using SQL and reporting tools to identify discrepancies and resolve root causes. Partner with application owners, compliance teams, and IAM stakeholders on remediation, audits, lifecycle management, and process improvements. Serve as the subject matter expert for access certification operations and communicate technical findings to business audiences.

Manages and administers a broad portfolio of defense contracts, including RFP analysis, proposal coordination, pricing negotiations, contract administration, and EAC reviews. Advises senior leaders on contractual rights, obligations, compliance, and risk mitigation. Partners with program management, engineering, finance, supply chain, and customers to resolve complex contractual matters, support program execution, and maximize financial outcomes.

Manage cradle-to-grave contract administration for aerospace and defense programs, including proposals, negotiations, contract changes, compliance, risk mitigation, and closeout. Support FAR, DFARS, TINA, and OTA activities; manage CPFF, FFP, and commercial contracts; collaborate with program management, engineering, finance, and supply chain; interface with customers and DCMA/DCAA; and advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.

Manage finance for LTAMDS radar development programs, including forecasts, budgets, EACs, variance analysis, proposal estimates, WBS maintenance, and earned value reporting. Lead junior analysts, improve reporting processes, apply financial policies, and provide recommendations supporting cost and schedule baselines. The role uses SAP, APEX, and related financial systems while coordinating across program, mission-area, operations, and supply-chain teams.

Manage contracts for the Patriot program’s Foreign Military Sales portfolio, including proposals, negotiations, contract execution, administration, customer communications, change management, invoicing, risk mitigation, and compliance. Advise program leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks while coordinating with legal counsel and cross-functional teams. The role requires expertise in U.S. government contracting, FAR/DFARS, FMS transactions, terms and conditions, cost defense, fee negotiations, and contract performance. Occasional customer travel is required.

Supports Earned Value Management System implementation and project management processes for military engine programs. Performs budgeting, scheduling, variance, risk, and what-if analyses; supports Estimate-at-Complete reviews and program reviews; and assists with compliance reviews and audits. Provides guidance to technical teams and program leadership while ensuring adherence to EVMS requirements and military compliance standards.

Provides earned value management guidance and analysis for military engine programs. Responsibilities include monthly data reconciliation, program management reporting, Estimate at Completion reviews, EVMS compliance audits, and responding to internal and external data requests. The role supports budgeting, scheduling, variance analysis, customer deliverables, and process compliance while coordinating across program functions.

Oversee supply chain and program financials for Naval Power, including quarterly EACs, forecasts, variance analysis, cost accumulation, funding and schedule planning, cost estimates, control account management, and financial reporting. Support GSCM leaders, Material Program Managers, factories, and program teams while driving cost reductions, improving reporting processes, and ensuring financial commitments are achieved.
