Manage global airline nacelle aftermarket support and account management: handle customer inquiries, process orders/quotes, coordinate with engineering, provisioning and warehouses, maintain ERP records, negotiate credit/invoice issues, provide after-sales support, participate in continuous improvement, and support sales team activities.

Design and maintain secure, scalable network architectures for classified and enterprise environments. Apply TOGAF/DoDAF, produce architecture artifacts, support governance, provide Tier 3/4 escalation, lead modernization and technology evaluations, and ensure compliance with DoD security frameworks.

Lead enterprise network architecture for classified environments using TOGAF/DoDAF. Define standards, reference architectures and roadmaps; provide Tier 3/4 escalation, governance, technology evaluations, security/compliance alignment, mentoring, and support for proposals and modernization.
