Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Identity Access Certification Administrator to support our Identity Management organization. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end management of Access Certification campaigns within our Identity Governance tool (SailPoint IdentityIQ), deep data analysis, discrepancy identification, and root‑cause resolution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to improving data accuracy and access governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, configuration, launch, monitoring, troubleshooting, and closure of SailPoint IdentityIQ Access Certification campaigns.
• Perform detailed analysis of identity, entitlement, and role data to identify discrepancies such as missing users or misaligned role mappings.
• Develop and execute SQL queries and utilize reporting tools to investigate anomalies and determine root cause.
• Partner closely with application owners, compliance partners, and the Identity Management team to validate access structures and drive remediation.
• Support and maintain Lifecycle Management processes within IdentityIQ.
• Document findings, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Recommend and implement optimizations to certification workflows, entitlement scoping, and reviewer experiences.
• Participate in audit and governance activities; familiarity with SOX controls is helpful but not required.
• Serve as the lead SME for SailPoint Access Certification operations.

Required Qualifications:

• More than10 years of Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), security platforms, or regulated enterprise environments

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including Access Certifications and Lifecycle Management.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, SQL query development, and using reporting tools for investigation and troubleshooting.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and complex root causes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mindset.
• Experience collaborating with application owners, compliance teams, and IAM stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business-friendly language.
• Prior lead or senior-level experience in Identity Management or SailPoint operations preferred.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with RBAC, access profiles, and policy management.
• Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
• Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Understanding of modern IAM governance concepts and best practices.
• Exposure to REST API integrations or identity data automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for reporting dashboards.
• Background supporting audit readiness or remediation efforts.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
