Leads business development, competitive capture, and growth strategy for a resilient connectivity portfolio serving U.S. and international defense customers. Manages pipeline, capture teams, investment funds, customer and OEM relationships, market and competitive analysis, price-to-win strategies, and annual planning. Leads business development professionals and collaborates with program management and engineering. Supports financial management and program cost control for large aerospace and defense offset programs. Responsibilities include quarterly EACs, monthly forecasts, AOP and five-year planning, cost and schedule analysis, financial reporting, baseline and proposal development, and Earned Value Management activities such as Budget Change Requests. Coordinates financial activities with program management and functional leads while supporting FP&A, program reviews, and performance tracking.

Supports classified information-system security through compliance monitoring, audits, security-plan development, user security education, violation investigations, corrective-action reporting, and system sustainment. Manages hardware and software changes, accounts, media protection, file transfers, and related controls. Collaborates with security teams, program personnel, and government representatives while ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DAAPM, JSIG, and other cybersecurity requirements. Must maintain an active Secret clearance and obtain IAM Level I certification if not already certified.

Supports Naval Power Finance leadership by improving financial controls, capture and program startup practices, EVMS playbooks, financial structures, automation, and continuous improvement. The analyst synthesizes financial data for leadership, conducts independent reviews, partners with program teams, and helps standardize finance processes across defense programs. Occasional travel between Massachusetts, Arizona, and Texas is required.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered digital inspection tools: analyze user behavior and analytics, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, maintain design systems, run user research and usability testing, and collaborate with Engineering, Data Science and product teams to deliver customer-centric, scalable SaaS solutions in an Agile environment.

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with teams to fulfill business needs and ensure platform reliability and scalability.

Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment disbursements, vendor management, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, compliance, and audit support. Lead process improvements, systems implementation, and automation initiatives while resolving vendor disputes and ensuring accurate, timely payments. Develop and execute enterprise infrastructure strategy across cloud, data center, network, edge, and security services. Advise infrastructure owners, evaluate emerging technologies, shape supplier engagement models, lead negotiations, and oversee vendor performance and governance. Build executive-level business cases and financial models while coordinating with architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, legal, finance, and global trade teams. Optimize infrastructure cost, resilience, performance, and operational outcomes across RTX business units.

Supports AIM-9X program financial operations and cost controls, including Estimates at Completion, contract and manpower forecasting, earned value reporting, cash forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning. Partners with program teams, Control Account Managers, and leadership on sourcing, production reporting, contract negotiations, baseline development, compliance, and process improvements.
