HybridWhat You Will Do
The Sr. ServiceNow Developer will bring in the deep ServiceNow expertise to design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, configuring the platform, and ensuring its reliability, performance, and scalability.
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and others as required.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other Web Services using secured Authentication
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.
Document Technical customizations, configurations, and processes
Stay updated on new ServiceNow technologies and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the platform's capabilities
Executing ServiceNow upgrades and service packs, managing system readiness, testing, and controls for new features, enhancements, and fixes
Qualifications You Must Have
5+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow developer
2+ years’ experience in supporting the ServiceNow platform, Debugging Issues, Root cause Analysis and fixing Incidents
Skilled in interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, Business Analysts and RTX internal customers to develop functional specifications
Experience in JavaScript, Angular JS and Service Portal widget scripting.
Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
Experience in Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Platform Analytics is a Plus
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile software development methodologies
Qualifications We Prefer
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ITIL Foundation certification
CIS - ITSM and/or any other products - nice to have
This is a hybrid position based out of Bangalore, India
