The Executive Assistant provides high-impact administrative support to the SVP of Solutions Consulting, managing communication, budget assistance, and operational efficiency with discretion and professionalism.

This role involves promoting and selling travel processing solutions to airports and immigration authorities, developing relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lead commercial strategy and sales for Amadeus Airports and Borders solutions across North America. Build C‑suite relationships, generate and manage a multi‑year pipeline, lead complex RFPs and negotiations, coordinate cross‑functional pursuit teams, shape solutions and business cases, and drive revenue attainment and portfolio strategy. Regular travel across the US and Canada is required.

Lead project teams in planning and executing projects, managing operational aspects, and ensuring projects meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. Support junior team members and communicate with stakeholders.

Oversee Level 1 customer support, enhance service quality, ensure SLA compliance, manage team performance, drive process improvements, and collaborate with various departments.
