Administer and secure mission-critical Navy information systems supporting UUV operations. Perform system lifecycle and configuration management, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, RMF-based assessment and authorization, STIG/SRG compliance, documentation, and remediation planning to maintain accredited, resilient systems.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications. Collaborate in Agile teams to build RESTful APIs and microservices, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, implement CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architecture and modernization efforts supporting mission-critical operations.

Provide on-site IT support for mission-critical operations: install/configure/maintain desktops, thin clients, VoIP and video systems; perform network switch patching; apply security patches; manage assets and inventory; develop test procedures; train rotating military personnel; troubleshoot emergent technical issues; support secure communications engineering and accreditation.

Administer and maintain Veritas NetBackup infrastructure, configure and troubleshoot backup/restore operations, create backup policies and retention lifecycles, monitor/report backup performance, coordinate with infrastructure/storage/database/application teams, and maintain documentation and compliance (DISA STIGs) for a high-security cloud migration.
