Client-facing leveraged finance specialist responsible for structuring, underwriting, closing, and managing credit product transactions and loan portfolios. Partners with coverage bankers, Credit Risk, Capital Markets, and clients to assess opportunities, manage risk, develop credit strategies, monitor portfolios, and optimize relationships through cross-selling. Provides expertise on underwriting methods, loan structures, pricing, documentation, and market trends while mentoring credit products associates.

Manages commercial banking relationships for clients with revenues generally up to $20 million. Develops retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies; provides tailored financial solutions; identifies client needs; coordinates internal partners; conducts client and prospect calls; manages transactions through closing, including pricing, credit approval, compliance, and documentation; and applies credit judgment and negotiation skills to optimize revenue opportunities.

Manage regional mortgage production managers to drive production and strategic goals. Oversee loan production, resolve escalations, ensure regulatory and investor compliance, monitor reports, manage performance and incentives, recruit and develop sales teams, and approve loan exceptions.

Supervises mortgage production within a branch while generating individual sales. Develops origination sources, manages staff workflow, monitors branch performance, prepares loan files for underwriting and investors, resolves complex operational and sales issues, and supports subordinate loan officers. Requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of mortgage lending, real estate, retail sales, or related experience, and NMLS registration. Two years of management experience is preferred.

Reviews credit exposures and loan portfolios for policy compliance, lending quality, risk trends, and regulatory soundness. Performs transaction testing, analyzes credit metrics and portfolio performance, identifies risk issues, recommends ratings, and prepares formal review reports for senior management. Leads examinations, maintains supporting documentation, advises junior examiners, conducts ad hoc analysis, and collaborates with business, risk, audit, and senior management teams.

Represents business stakeholders, defines and prioritizes product requirements, guides Agile and Waterfall delivery teams, and aligns solutions with customer needs and business strategy. Manages roadmaps, work items, acceptance criteria, metrics, risks, controls, and stakeholder feedback. Leads cross-functional teams through product releases while ensuring compliance, change management, and process improvement.

Paid 10-week private wealth management internship supporting research, investment and manager due diligence, client reporting, financial planning initiatives, transactional processing, marketing materials, and strategic projects. Interns gain exposure to wealth planning, asset and portfolio management, fiduciary trust services, operations, and client service while participating in training and networking opportunities.

Manages the enterprise Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management program. Develops resiliency strategies, governance, recovery plans, risk assessments, testing exercises, and remediation plans. Partners with technology, operations, security, risk, and vendor teams to strengthen recovery capabilities and regulatory compliance. The role is fully onsite in Hoover, Alabama and requires telecommunications experience with enterprise voice, data, networking, and contact center technologies.
