Partner with Wealth Advisors to manage and expand ultra-high net worth client relationships (> $50M), develop and execute customized wealth plans, coordinate internal and external advisors, ensure world-class service and regulatory compliance, mentor client advisors, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships across investments, credit, fiduciary, and family office services.

Provide trust and entity administration for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Support account relationship managers, serve as primary client contact, process transactions and account changes, collect documents, facilitate distributions and terminations, manage internal and external service partners, maintain controls and regulatory compliance, and assist with client-facing and revenue-generating activities.

Handle high-volume inbound calls to investigate flagged debit, credit, and digital transactions; verify customer identity; decide to approve or restrict transactions; place/remove card exclusions; de-escalate upset customers; reissue cards and reset credentials; and collaborate with internal investigators to prevent fraud while following strict security protocols.

Receive, compile, and evaluate borrower loss mitigation documentation to ensure investor requirements are met. Request missing documents, identify income proof, coordinate follow-ups, adhere to compliance and internal control standards, and support audit and regulator actions.

Serve as servant leader and coach for an Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt. Drive readiness, maintain Jira as the system of record, surface risks and dependencies, produce program-level metrics and forecasts, align cross-functional stakeholders, mentor Scrum Masters, and enable delivery predictability across a complex Enterprise Data Technology ecosystem.

Originate mortgage loans to low-to-moderate income borrowers and neighborhoods, market CRA and agency products, assess applicants' income/assets/credit, issue pre-qualification statements, negotiate loan terms, ensure origination compliance (SAFE Act), build relationships with housing agencies and realtors, travel extensively for sales/outreach, and represent the bank in community events and seminars.

Lead first-line technology and cybersecurity risk analysis for Enterprise Data. Design and execute data risk assessments, process maps, and remediation plans; apply DCAM and audit methodologies; manage regulatory exam responses; enforce governance and controls; mentor analysts and collaborate with senior leaders to align data practices with risk and compliance requirements.

Manage relationships and daily administration for moderately to highly complex Global Capital Markets accounts, overseeing operations, risk and regulatory compliance, documentation review, transaction closings, fee billing, and client service. Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Sales and external parties, mentor junior staff, lead projects, and implement control and process improvements to support growth and profitability.

Provide administrative and sales support to financial advisors, including customer call handling, preparing sales and marketing materials, coordinating meetings, travel and events, processing paperwork and trades, maintaining sales reports, and supporting audit/compliance and onboarding activities.

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management: manage calendars and travel, prepare non-routine correspondence, presentations, meeting minutes, expense records, and coordinate departmental communications while maintaining compliance and internal controls.
