Produce routine reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards by collecting, consolidating, and reconciling data. Perform routine analysis to support business decisions, assist project implementation and testing, support audits and controls, troubleshoot issues with partners and vendors, and improve processes through documentation and automation.

Serve as the single point of contact for delinquent mortgage borrowers through loss mitigation and foreclosure processes. Make inbound/outbound calls, collect and document financial information, explain loss mitigation decisions and foreclosure options, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls.

Underwrite and manage commercial credit for clients: analyze financial statements, build models, structure loans, negotiate legal docs, monitor portfolio risk, prepare credit memos, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

The Workforce Management Forecaster develops short and long-term forecasts, manages staffing strategies, performs analyses, and provides reporting to support decision-making in Call Centers.
