Originate and advise borrowers on FHA/VA, conventional, and other residential mortgage products; evaluate creditworthiness, issue pre-qualifications, ensure regulatory compliance (SAFE Act), cultivate referral sources, and close mortgage loans.

Underwrite and monitor commercial loan relationships, analyze financial statements and credit data, prepare credit/write-up and models, recommend structures and risk ratings, ensure policy compliance, and support credit committees and relationship managers throughout the loan lifecycle.

Analyze commercial clients' credit risk through financial statement review, cash flow and collateral valuation, and estimate loan loss reserves. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, support internal/external reporting and regulatory reviews, participate in projects, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Lead quantitative credit risk analyses for M&T's indirect lending portfolios, supervise and mentor analysts, perform portfolio deep dives, build and refine predictive models, manipulate large datasets using SQL and SAS, track portfolio performance, present findings to management, and ensure adherence to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Perform credit underwriting and ongoing monitoring for commercial loan portfolios. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and industry data; prepare credit memos, risk ratings, cash flow and covenant sensitivity models; recommend structures and conditions; support credit committees and relationship managers; ensure policy compliance and accurate data entry.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to support program and financial analysis. Perform non-routine data review, reconciliation, and judgment-based analysis. Drive process improvements and automation, support project implementations, audits, compliance testing, and technical escalations while maintaining internal controls.

Act as single point of contact for delinquent mortgage borrowers through loss mitigation and foreclosure. Make inbound/outbound calls, collect and review documentation, explain decisions and options, document contacts in servicing system, and maintain regulatory and internal control compliance.

Serve as primary liaison for Special Assets customers and workout officers, handling deposit and loan servicing, KYC/BSA/AML validation, data entry, report monitoring, and cross‑department coordination. Resolve customer issues, process account requests, maintain records, and support departmental projects while adhering to compliance and internal control standards.

Manage enterprise employee relations programs including workplace accommodations and workforce restructures. Oversee intake, interactive dialogue, resolution, compliance, and reporting. Partner with HR and business stakeholders, drive process improvements using data, provide consultation on sensitive matters, ensure regulatory adherence, and support risk mitigation and audit controls.

Manage M&T/Wilmington Trust PAC and political engagement activities: lead PAC strategy and operations, ensure compliance, develop communications and educational materials, monitor legislation, coordinate events and stakeholder outreach, support Government Relations meeting materials, and act as liaison across internal partners.
