Drives sales growth for Lowe’s strategic Pro accounts by building customer relationships, conducting consultative sales, negotiating pricing and contracts, and identifying account opportunities. Performs customer, jobsite, and tradeshow visits; coordinates product fulfillment, pricing, inventory, and service solutions with store and district teams. Manages account strategies, sales calls, planning meetings, market research, competitive analysis, and ongoing communication with internal leaders and purchasing decision-makers.

Supports digital commerce segment execution through research, competitive benchmarking, customer and business data analysis, operational planning, and data-driven recommendations. Develops work plans, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, monitors risks and deadlines, presents campaign and project insights to stakeholders, and helps drive ongoing digital business improvements. May coach less experienced team members.

Supports pricing managers and merchants in developing and executing end-to-end pricing strategies across base, promotional, markdown, Pro pricing, and credit. Uses advanced analytics, AI-driven tools, financial modeling, and market intelligence to optimize pricing, assess performance, recommend actions, and support product lifecycle decisions. Partners cross-functionally with merchandising, finance, supply chain, operations, and technology teams while driving automation, continuous improvement, and profitable sales growth.

Performs accounting transactions, reconciliations, financial analysis, reporting, tax and regulatory research, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities. Maintains supporting documentation, applies basic GAAP and financial controls, identifies and resolves accounting issues, improves procedures, and supports internal and external audits.

Plans, executes, and analyzes digital events, campaigns, and promotions to improve customer engagement and online experiences. Tracks project timelines, coordinates priorities with Marketing, Digital Production, and Digital Commerce teams, develops campaign dashboards and reports, analyzes site performance and KPIs, and translates findings into actionable optimization recommendations. Provides leadership updates and mentors less experienced team members.

Build and deploy predictive, forecasting, pricing, promotion, and machine learning models using large-scale retail data. Apply statistical modeling, causal inference, and experimentation to support demand forecasting, inventory planning, merchandising, and supply chain decisions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to define requirements, evaluate model performance, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and production-ready solutions.

Leads digital engagement and merchandising campaigns across the online customer experience. Analyzes customer behavior, campaign metrics, and competitive data; develops dashboards and reports; recommends improvements; coordinates with merchandising, marketing, pricing, production, and online teams; improves execution processes; presents campaign insights; and coaches less experienced team members.

Develops and executes category marketing and messaging strategies across in-store and online channels. Partners with merchandising, marketing, pricing, vendors, and operations to identify growth opportunities, support product launches, coordinate promotional plans, maintain category libraries and calendars, and ensure consistent customer-facing messaging. Analyzes category performance and customer insights to create actionable business recommendations and reports results against objectives.

Supports Pro Fulfillment Store initiatives across multiple markets by coordinating operational readiness, conducting on-site store assessments, supporting pre-launch and go-live activities, troubleshooting issues, and aligning store operations, supply chain, construction, real estate, and corporate teams. The role manages multiple launches, gathers operational insights, supports training and equipment readiness, and travels extensively to drive implementation consistency and program effectiveness.
