Conduct employee relations investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, performance, conflicts, leave, accommodations, and conduct issues. Document findings and manage cases in ServiceNow, advise managers and HR leaders, support performance improvement plans, review termination recommendations, and resolve workplace issues while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.

Leads and develops a software engineering team responsible for clinical content management and diagnostic report generation systems. Owns technical roadmaps, architecture, engineering standards, CI/CD, automation, content workflows, and responsible AI adoption. Lead configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Varicent ICM platform as product owner. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage integrations with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Workday and data warehouses, and oversee upgrades, testing, performance, security, vendor relationships, and support. Provide delivery leadership and governance for incentive compensation processes.

Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, pipeline development, quota achievement, business planning, forecasting, account management, customer education, product implementation, trade show participation, CRM updates, and ongoing customer support. The role requires territory travel, consultative selling, new-business development, and collaboration with internal counterparts.

Lead design, implementation, and operational management of enterprise firewall and network security architectures. Provide expert Palo Alto and Cisco Firepower support, manage firewall rules, support VPN and remote-access solutions, lead migrations and automation efforts, support compliance audits (PCI, SOC), and produce documentation while partnering with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.

Support end-to-end payroll processing including weekly/biweekly/monthly runs, data retrieval, research, reporting, garnishment processing, on-demand checks, HR case management, agency form submissions, and records management to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery.
