Lead global proposal management for Early Development Services, setting strategy, driving operational excellence, resource planning, and transformational initiatives. Establish AI operating rhythms, ensure regulatory and privacy compliance, measure ROI and value realization, drive adoption and capability building, and advise the Chief AI Officer and board through executive reporting and cross-functional leadership.

Support Northeast EDI team by analyzing reports, maintaining EDI interfaces and client configurations, developing Power BI reports and analyses, providing QA, training users, creating SOPs, and escalating complex issues to leadership.

Provide first-level onsite and remote IT support, manage tickets, deploy and troubleshoot end-user hardware and AV, assist onboarding, perform basic network and infrastructure support, and travel frequently to client sites.
