Manage the firmwide regulatory inventory and compliance risk management program. Apply legal and regulatory judgment to assess laws, rules, and obligations; develop summaries, governance materials, and escalation content; connect regulatory requirements to policies, controls, systems, and risk taxonomies; support regulatory examinations and audits; and improve analysis through process design, automation, AI tooling, data quality, and sustainable governance.

Handle inbound escalated customer inquiries via phone and casework, investigate root causes, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, recommend process improvements, manage casework to meet service levels, and support continuous improvement and quality metrics.

Provides compliance coverage for equities sales, trading, and strategy personnel within Global Markets. Advises on regulatory requirements, evaluates new business initiatives, develops policies and training, supports audits and regulatory examinations, conducts compliance look-backs, manages escalations, and analyzes regulatory changes to mitigate compliance and reputational risks.

Prepare derivatives-related U.S. GAAP and regulatory disclosures for SEC, Federal Reserve, and bank reports. Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, control procedures, stakeholder coordination, reporting analyses, and automation or workflow enhancement projects. Manage reporting data through final submission while meeting deadlines, maintaining documentation, and escalating issues appropriately.

Build, test, and support batch and streaming data pipelines, curated datasets, and data platform tooling. Responsibilities include data modeling, schema evolution, performance optimization, data quality controls, reconciliation, monitoring, and production support. The role requires collaboration with engineers and data consumers, with opportunities to contribute to technical design, platform standards, and delivery improvements.

Supports private wealth advisors by monitoring portfolios, analyzing asset allocations, researching investments, developing client investment strategies, preparing reports, executing trades, conducting due diligence, supporting business development, and managing client onboarding and relationships for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Participate in Goldman Sachs’ New Associate Program within Asset and Wealth Management’s Private Wealth Management business. Develop product- and function-specific expertise, collaborate with senior professionals and clients, support investment and advisory services, build client relationships, and gain exposure to traditional and alternative investments while pursuing professional growth.

Handle inbound customer calls and escalations for complex inquiries, manage casework, investigate root causes, partner with cross-functional teams, recommend process improvements, meet service levels and call-quality metrics, and support continuous improvement projects in a high-volume contact center.

Support the Compliance Control Room by monitoring information barriers, maintaining confidential lists, reviewing research for regulatory compliance, coordinating with Legal and other Compliance areas, applying research settlement rules, and facilitating conflict and transaction approvals to manage regulatory and reputational risk.

Support maintenance and monitoring of U.S. mortgage, consumer and commercial lending licenses. Prepare license applications, renewals, regulatory reports, and state filings. Analyze large datasets for reporting accuracy, advise stakeholders on licensing requirements, draft policies and procedures, coordinate regulatory examinations, and work with Legal, Divisional Compliance, and business teams on compliance obligations.
