Assess credit and financial strength of hedge fund, mutual fund, and private equity clients; perform counterparty reviews, set internal ratings and risk limits; evaluate transactions (derivatives, repo) using quantitative models and stress tests; and drive risk discussions with trading and sales teams.

Prepare and process client and corporate billing, generate and distribute statements, post daily cash receipts in PeopleSoft AR, reconcile balances, support collections and billing inquiries, and contribute to billing projects and process improvements.

Analyze, calculate, and report regulatory capital, leverage, and systemic risk metrics. Improve workflows and infrastructure for regulatory reporting, provide capital attribution and subject-matter expertise to business units, develop capital projections, handle ad-hoc analyses, and collaborate with Controllers, Treasury, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams.

Provide employment law counsel and manage employment-related litigation and investigations. Draft and review employment documents, advise HCM and business leaders on policy, coordinate with internal groups, manage external counsel, monitor legal developments, and deliver training on employment law topics.

Monitor, analyze, interpret and communicate domestic and international regulatory capital developments. Advise businesses and senior management on capital impacts for transactions, products and firm-wide initiatives; prepare board materials and disclosures; support rule implementation, industry analysis, regulator engagement and stress testing inputs.

Lead site reliability engineering initiatives for highly available, observable, and resilient platforms. Establish SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets; architect fault-tolerant systems; automate operational processes; improve production readiness through testing, tuning, forecasting, and reviews; and lead complex incident response and blameless post-mortems. Partner with engineering teams and leadership to reduce toil, improve on-call practices, and drive adoption of SRE principles across the organization.

Supports strategic Corporate Treasury initiatives across the full project lifecycle, including scoping, requirements gathering, planning, testing, implementation, governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Develops project plans, tracks budgets and timelines, escalates issues, coordinates cross-functional teams, and helps align multi-year programs with treasury priorities using waterfall and agile methodologies.
