Manage multi-disciplinary technical projects to implement system/process changes. Analyze complex positions across equities and derivatives, support regulatory inquiries and examinations, design controls, improve data quality and automation, and contribute to transformation and senior leadership reporting.

Lead conference and speaker strategy for the Executive Office: prioritize events, source and vet internal/external speakers, manage speaker engagements and contracts, coordinate executive participation and logistics, maintain speaker and conference data (SEEH/Salesforce), implement AI-enabled tools, and advise stakeholders on content, training, and process improvements to maximize impact and ROI.

Lead and scale the Wealth Management Experience Research function, define research strategy, manage mixed-method studies, partner with cross-functional teams, communicate insights to executives, and build research operations and tooling to drive product decisions.

Manage and optimize the firm's liquidity pool across currencies and instruments, monitor liquidity risk metrics, execute funding and intercompany transactions, analyze business impacts on funding, and collaborate with trading, global funding, and developers to enhance liquidity tools.

Evaluate and approve derivatives and financing transactions, assess counterparties’ financial strength, set internal ratings and risk limits, recommend margin and mitigants, and drive risk discussions with trading and sales teams to manage credit exposure.
