Second-line Market Risk VP responsible for assessing and challenging Americas equity derivatives risks (exotics, flow). Perform portfolio and transaction level risk analysis, identify emerging risks, maintain risk measures (greeks, VaR, stress tests), set limits and appetite, collaborate with risk engineering, communicate with senior management and regulators, and ensure regulatory compliance and process improvements.

Lead design, implementation, migration, and operation of secure, highly available identity platforms across on‑premise AD and public cloud. Drive full SDLC, CI/CD, code quality, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and ensure operational readiness and compliance with security and risk requirements.

Originate and lead client engagements to design and deliver cross-asset systematic investment strategies and investable indices. Translate complex derivatives- and QIS-based solutions to clients, collaborate with quants and traders, and pitch to CIOs and investment committees.

Provide independent, second-line oversight of firmwide capital management and regulatory capital interpretations. Monitor and challenge capital adequacy, stress testing and CCAR processes, assess regulatory impacts on transactions and products, validate capital calculations, and communicate analysis to senior stakeholders while ensuring consistent, well-documented implementation and alignment across business and control functions.

Support Procure-to-Pay operations with a tax focus for Americas and LATAM: review vendor invoices for correct tax treatment, partner with Corporate Tax and Finance, resolve tax-related payment exceptions, maintain audit-ready documentation, validate vendor tax master data, and contribute to process improvements and P2P transformation initiatives.

Review and reconcile private equity fund valuations, financial statements, and general ledger accounts; prepare and review monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting and ad hoc analyses; liaise with auditors, tax consultants, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for fraud controls across the customer lifecycle. Mentor cross-functional teams, partner with engineering and UX to deliver web and mobile features, define KPIs, translate analytics into product initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure compliant, scalable fraud prevention and detection solutions.

Develop, enhance, support and maintain scalable software solutions across the SDLC. Participate in requirements, design, coding, testing (unit/integration/regression/UAT), deployment, and production support. Build multi-threaded, service-oriented applications, design microservices and testing suites, and evaluate external technologies to transform internal platforms.
