Job Duties: Associate, COO with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in New York, New York. Develop a broad understanding of the Engineering organization and the complexities and opportunities surrounding its ambitious business priorities to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and transformation. Partner with Engineering leadership to accelerate organizational transformation through the use of empathetic and skilled communication that aligns with business goals and enhances team engagement. Leverage data-driven insights, proven problem-solving methodologies, and cross-team collaboration to inform decision-making and guide high impact initiatives. Lead the creation of high-quality content and events that promote the Engineering brand, elevate employee experience, and showcase the organization's talent, innovation, and culture. Support strategic, high-visibility projects led by the Engineering c-suite, including initiatives sponsored by the global COO of Engineering. Foster cross functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution across diverse teams and global stakeholders.

Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) with: business management and employee or client engagement; specifying tasks and timelines for project delivery; diagnosing and resolving business problems efficiently, effectively, and collaboratively; and working closely with senior level sponsors and stakeholders to create consensus around plans, activities, and measures of strategic projects.
Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $145,000 - $154,900.
