Conduct independent internal audits of controllers and tax functions, assess risks and controls, execute audit deliverables, prepare findings and recommendations, communicate results to senior management, and monitor remediation of open issues across finance, regulatory reporting, and tax-related processes.

Partner with senior Engineering leadership to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional programs, optimize processes, produce reporting and analytics, support business planning and workforce strategy, coordinate leadership meetings and events, and enhance organizational development efforts to improve operational efficiency and talent engagement.

Partner with Engineering leadership to drive organizational transformation, using data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration. Create content and events to elevate employee experience and support high-visibility strategic projects led by the Engineering c-suite.

Support operational risk governance by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring process and control risks. Assess inherent and residual risks, lead RCSA reviews, define remediation themes, execute control assurance, share best practices, and support governance forums and risk reporting.

Support design, development, and operation of the firm's infrastructure and cloud solutions. Implement public/private cloud and IaC deployments, automate testing and monitoring, apply data mining and machine learning to detect and remediate platform issues, perform performance tuning and troubleshooting, manage Windows/UNIX systems, assist incident reviews, and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Lead product management for Compliance Engineering: define product strategy and roadmap, conduct user research, translate requirements into user stories, manage sprints and releases, coordinate cross-functional delivery, validate post-launch performance, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Support and lead Secure SDLC initiatives: implement SAST/DAST and security controls, integrate AI-augmented tooling, coordinate with business units for remediation, design secure solutions, run testing/UAT/QA, and maintain Secure SDLC processes and tooling.

Support and execute data protection and personal data security initiatives by driving technical controls (encryption, masking, access controls), performing security reviews, advising engineering on privacy-by-design, and collaborating with Legal/Compliance to translate regulations into technical controls.

Manage multidisciplinary technical projects to implement changes to systems and processes. Coordinate SDLC and cloud-related initiatives, engage in architectural and engineering discussions, and communicate technical and business requirements to stakeholders. Use Jira, GitLab, markdown, and Microsoft Office; work within Agile and waterfall delivery models.
