Design, develop, and implement backend services and APIs (primarily in Golang) for a cloud-based banking SaaS platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve code quality and test coverage, lead peer reviews, and mentor junior developers while meeting deadlines.

Owns lessor lease accounting for a portfolio under ASC 842, including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, lease classification, measurement, and subledger-to-general-ledger validation. Supports CECL reserve analysis, audits, balance sheet analysis, variance investigation, and process improvements. The role administers lease accounting in Odessa and collaborates with operations, revenue, and tax partners. It is fully onsite Monday through Friday in Omaha, Nebraska.

Provide senior operational engineering support for cybersecurity platforms: handle escalated incidents, act as Incident Manager, build and improve runbooks/SOPs, validate monitoring and operational readiness, support cloud and containerized environments (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes), and create service health and incident metrics for leadership.

Define and deliver API-first embedded finance products spanning payments, card issuing, lending, and banking-as-a-service. Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, launch, and optimization. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, go-to-market, support, and external partners. Use KPIs, OKRs, customer feedback, and operational metrics to guide decisions while incorporating AML, KYC, privacy, regulatory, and risk requirements.

Support cyber risk and compliance activities including PCI, SOC, SOX, and regulatory readiness. Maintain internal cyber content, coordinate penetration testing and remediation, support change governance and audit responses, develop scripts/reports for regulatory reporting, and partner with technical and business stakeholders to strengthen security posture and maintain compliance.

Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Application, Network, and Cloud Security by translating cybersecurity priorities into actionable plans, driving operating discipline, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing executive communications, using AI-enabled tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, and tracking progress against KPIs, risk reduction goals, and regulatory commitments.

Lead end-to-end intake, evaluation, onboarding, and governance for third-party AI-powered agents in the Agent Marketplace. Build risk-tiered onboarding models, governance frameworks, and lifecycle controls while partnering with product, engineering, legal, compliance, risk, and security. Present recommendations to leadership and continuously improve processes to scale the marketplace securely and compliantly.
