Partners with Security and the CIO to achieve SOC 2 Type 1 readiness, establish controls and evidence processes, manage budgets, and adopt responsible AI automation. This is a hands-on leadership role involving platform administration, troubleshooting, implementation, audit support, and executive reporting.

Design, administer, secure, monitor, and optimize enterprise database environments supporting applications, reporting, and operations. Manage SQL Server and Oracle platforms, performance tuning, access controls, backups, recovery, patching, disaster recovery, ETL, audits, capacity reviews, documentation, and database standards. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve availability, resilience, integration, and operational efficiency. The role is fully on-site Monday through Friday.

Sell Clover point-of-sale and business management solutions to small and midsize businesses. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and financial institution partnerships; build and manage a sales pipeline; consult with merchants to recommend tailored solutions; and travel locally to develop relationships and drive revenue.

Manage U.S. and Canadian employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, E-3, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, and I-485 processes. Advise employees, managers, HR partners, and business units on immigration strategy, compliance, timelines, and requirements. Track case milestones, coordinate audit and government responses with external counsel, lead stakeholder reviews, and partner with mobility vendors and internal teams on international assignments.
