Senior client development role responsible for cultivating UHNW individual, family, and institutional relationships; executing solutions sales strategy; advising on estate, tax, and wealth transfer planning; converting prospects to clients; and partnering with internal specialists to transition account management and expand relationships while engaging in local civic and philanthropic networks.

Drive revenue by selling and retaining investment products (ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, alternatives, multi-asset) to institutional and advisory clients. Lead strategic national accounts, prospect and develop business plans, deliver customized presentations, and optimize profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, investment, custody, and operations. Maintain market, competitor, and regulatory knowledge to recommend solutions and grow key relationships.

Drive distribution of NTAM solutions through Wealth Client Group intermediaries by creating targeted account plans, coordinating with product and marketing teams, designing coverage models, identifying high-probability prospects, deepening client relationships, and traveling domestically to client offices (20–40% travel).

Develop and close new UHNW client relationships through consultative wealth, estate, and tax planning. Build and leverage advisor networks, coordinate internal specialists, present Northern Trust solutions, and drive long-term client acquisition and relationship transitions while serving as a local brand ambassador.

Serve as lead Relationship Advisor on a limited book of wealth management accounts while supporting account management for others. Coordinate account administration, resolve client issues, develop advisory relationships, identify opportunities for relationship growth, assist with business development and client presentations, and continue building fiduciary and wealth-planning expertise through training and experience.

Serve as a bridge between business, security, and engineering to support IAM strategy and product management. Define requirements, develop roadmaps and business cases, support Agile delivery, manage governance/compliance activities, analyze IAM data, and produce executive reporting to improve IAM controls, adoption, and operational performance.

Partner with product, engineering, risk, and business stakeholders to define IAM strategy and product roadmaps. Gather and document requirements, translate into user stories, support Agile delivery, coordinate UAT, and develop governance, controls, KPIs, and executive reporting for IGA, PAM, directory, authentication, and authorization capabilities.

Design and deliver data-driven AI solutions and architectures, lead technical proofs-of-concept, drive technology transformation, manage stakeholder relationships, ensure data security and PII management, contribute on Agile teams, and guide global cross-team implementations to meet strategic business outcomes.

Lead IAM automation strategy, design and build Tines workflows and Digital Coworker solutions, integrate IAM and security systems via APIs, optimize processes, produce metrics and dashboards, mentor teams, and drive automation roadmaps to improve efficiency and compliance.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud-native and hybrid architectures. Define cloud strategy, governance, cost optimization, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating across security, DevOps, and business stakeholders to drive cloud modernization.
