Lead procurement strategy and sourcing for business services vendors. Manage RFx processes, contract drafting and negotiations, supplier performance, compliance (OFAC, FCPA), and category analytics. Partner with stakeholders to implement procurement solutions, support audits, and promote supplier diversity.

Perform daily reconciliations and controls for security and cash positions, coordinate break resolution with clients, operations and custodians, support new client setup handoffs, and assist on projects to improve efficiency and controls.

Support and service complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody client relationships. Coordinate account administration, resolve client issues, prepare presentations, oversee transactions with Client Support Services, monitor portfolio metrics, maintain documentation and systems, and assist advisors with compliance and account reviews. Act as an expert on investment tools and support operational and process improvements.

Manage account administration for complex fiduciary, trust, estate settlement, guardianship, custody, and advisory relationships. Coordinate service requests, resolve client issues, ensure documentation and systems accuracy, support account openings/closings and fee setups, mentor junior staff, and identify process improvements while partnering with advisors and operations teams.

Provide administrative, operational, logistical and project support across multiple business units. Coordinate client servicing action plans, produce reports and presentations, maintain business applications knowledge, update procedures, resolve problems within guidelines, and work onsite under supervision while developing proficiency across responsibilities.

Lead analysis and design of risk and control operating models, identify control gaps, develop reporting/data maps, partner with IT to build BI solutions, present recommendations to senior stakeholders, and drive risk culture transformation across lines of defense.
