Serve as a bridge between business, security, and engineering to support IAM strategy and product management. Define requirements, develop roadmaps and business cases, support Agile delivery, manage governance/compliance activities, analyze IAM data, and produce executive reporting to improve IAM controls, adoption, and operational performance.

Partner with product, engineering, risk, and business stakeholders to define IAM strategy and product roadmaps. Gather and document requirements, translate into user stories, support Agile delivery, coordinate UAT, and develop governance, controls, KPIs, and executive reporting for IGA, PAM, directory, authentication, and authorization capabilities.

Design and deliver data-driven AI solutions and architectures, lead technical proofs-of-concept, drive technology transformation, manage stakeholder relationships, ensure data security and PII management, contribute on Agile teams, and guide global cross-team implementations to meet strategic business outcomes.

Lead IAM automation strategy, design and build Tines workflows and Digital Coworker solutions, integrate IAM and security systems via APIs, optimize processes, produce metrics and dashboards, mentor teams, and drive automation roadmaps to improve efficiency and compliance.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud-native and hybrid architectures. Define cloud strategy, governance, cost optimization, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating across security, DevOps, and business stakeholders to drive cloud modernization.

Lead IAM strategy, product roadmaps, and governance for enterprise identity capabilities (IGA, PAM, authentication, authorization, directory services). Drive large-scale transformations, stakeholder alignment, risk/compliance, performance metrics, vendor evaluations, and executive-level recommendations to improve IAM maturity and adoption.

Support IAM governance, risk, and compliance by assisting audits, monitoring IAM controls (IGA, PAM, directory services), analyzing IAM data and reporting, tracking remediation, and driving process improvements to strengthen control effectiveness and audit readiness.

Manage credit risk for a portfolio of commercial clients through financial and credit analysis, covenant monitoring, credit memos and committee presentations. Support relationship managers, conduct due diligence, review legal documentation, and monitor loan performance. Minimal travel to client locations as required.

Lead cloud security design and implementation for Azure/AWS, develop Policy-as-Code and Terraform IaC, deploy CSPM tooling (Wiz, Defender), perform assessments and incident response, mentor engineers, collaborate with security champions, and contribute to the cloud security roadmap and controls aligned to CIS and NIST 800-53.

Lead design and implementation of cloud security controls and PaC/IaC (Terraform). Use CSPM tools (Wiz, Defender), conduct security assessments, respond to incidents, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with security champions to embed security into development workflows.
