Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Transformation & Enablement to craft executive communications, agendas, and briefing materials. Translate complex initiatives into concise narratives, design high-impact PowerPoint presentations, prepare leaders with talking points and decision frameworks, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure leadership meetings drive aligned decisions and action.

Lead end-to-end growth marketing campaigns (email and paid media), manage external creative agencies, partner cross-functionally, analyze performance, and implement test-and-learn strategies to drive merchant growth and optimize campaign ROI.

Serve as the Line of Business Compliance Officer for U.S. Corporate Card Programs, providing independent, second-line oversight. Assess compliance risk for products, features, marketing, disclosures, and digital journeys; support CRA, RCIM, KRIs, and RBST; identify and drive remediation of compliance issues; collaborate with Legal, Audit, Financial Crimes, Privacy and other stakeholders; assist with regulatory examinations and inquiries.

Provide high-level administrative support to Vice Presidents of Sales and Success: manage complex global calendars, coordinate meetings and logistics, process expenses and requisitions, assist with timekeeping/payroll, support onboarding and team logistics, and cover other executive assistants as needed.
