Lead customer implementations from planning through delivery, managing a portfolio of projects to meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals. Coordinate Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams, communicate status and risks to stakeholders, optimize delivery processes, and drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Serve as the primary security partner for assigned business units, embedding security into product and technology delivery, sponsoring enterprise security initiatives, guiding architecture and risk decisions, overseeing assessments and remediation, supporting SOC/IR, and reporting security metrics to leadership.

Act as the security lead for assigned product workstreams, embedding security requirements early with Product and Engineering, collaborating across InfoSec and DPO, contributing customer trust materials, and staying current on AI-related security risks to enable secure SaaS product delivery.

Lead embedding security into software delivery by partnering with engineering teams to improve CI/CD security, triage and remediate findings, design secure-by-default patterns, automate security validation and evidence generation, facilitate threat modeling, and provide reusable templates and guidance to reduce risk at scale.
