Owns objectives, requirements, and backlog priorities for a mission-focused software product. Translates stakeholder needs into engineering tasks, evaluates architectures, participates in code and design reviews, triages technical tickets, tracks delivery progress, manages risks, and coordinates engineering, QA, R&D, security, and government stakeholders. Leads systems engineering for complex DoD intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyber systems. Responsibilities include technical planning, requirements analysis, architecture trade studies, systems integration, verification and validation, technical documentation, interoperability coordination, lifecycle engineering, and cost/risk analysis. The role supports MBSE, DoDAF, MOSA, engineering reviews, and government program offices while mentoring junior engineers and translating customer requirements into integrated technical solutions.

Leads cross-functional teams and manages full lifecycles for on-premises infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum. Responsibilities include modernizing legacy systems, overseeing infrastructure operations and disaster recovery, driving DevOps and AI initiatives, managing ServiceNow ITOM implementations, allocating resources, mentoring technical staff, briefing senior stakeholders, and ensuring security, patching, hardening, and compliance.
