Design, implement, and operate enterprise email and collaboration services across on‑premise, cloud, and Microsoft 365 platforms. Lead Exchange/Outlook and SharePoint architectures, PKI/MFA integration, retention/archiving, RMF accreditation, testing, migrations, and operational transitions. Ensure security, resiliency, compliance, and performance while supporting modernization, troubleshooting, and documentation for mission-critical intelligence messaging systems.
