Manages technical programs involving planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, risk, resources, subcontracts, and customer communications. Responsibilities include developing CAD models and drawings, defining interfaces and alignment requirements, integrating cockpit and electromechanical hardware, supporting technical reviews, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and conducting fit, form, function, and basic failure-mode assessments.

Plans and supports DoD cyber exercises across the Joint Event Lifecycle, aligning training objectives with readiness assessments and operational events. Develops exercise orders, scenarios, plans, and effectiveness measures; manages objectives in JTIMS; maintains SharePoint planning resources; coordinates tabletop exercises and rehearsals; and supports Joint Training and Exercise Plans. Requires strong knowledge of Joint Training System processes, analytical skills, advanced communication abilities, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Designs user-friendly web and mobile applications for Agile software teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, navigation components, graphic elements, and mockups; presenting designs to stakeholders; troubleshooting UX issues; incorporating feedback; and following visual style standards. The role collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and end users.

Develop and integrate software for flight simulators, including avionics, aircraft-system simulations, tactical environments, and interfaces for audio, visual, motion, I/O, and instructor stations. Responsibilities include software architecture, requirements analysis, development, testing, documentation, customer presentations, and mentoring junior engineers. Work is performed across Linux and Windows using multiple programming languages and development tools.
