Supports Athene’s Creative Services team across print, digital, branding, advertising, social, presentation, and merchandise projects. The intern will learn brand standards, prepare files for print, apply accessibility guidelines, proof marketing materials, and gain exposure to video, photography, animation, and marketing automation. The role requires collaboration, visual storytelling, attention to detail, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Manages and develops an AWS engineering team, drives Agile delivery with Product Owners, establishes engineering and security standards, oversees integrations, upgrades, monitoring, incidents, and technical debt, and partners with business and technology teams to deliver automation and scalable enterprise capabilities.

Leads Athene’s integrated retail marketing strategy, including multichannel campaigns, demand generation, audience segmentation, lifecycle nurturing, and marketing automation. Partners across Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Product, and Analytics to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue. Sets strategic priorities, optimizes marketing investments using analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, and manages a high-performing team.

Leads competitive intelligence for Athene’s retail annuity business, analyzing market, competitor, product, and sales information. Delivers insights supporting rate-setting, product strategy, positioning, executive decisions, and new product development. Partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, leadership, and communications teams; maintains external market perspectives; and improves analytics through technology, automation, data visualization, and AI.

Supports the implementation and administration of stable value and institutional retirement products. Responsibilities include product setup, documentation, financial calculations, reconciliations, scenario testing, controls, process development, issue resolution, and operational readiness. The role collaborates with product, operations, finance, legal, risk, and technology teams while identifying automation, data, and AI-enabled process improvements.

Leads Athene’s marketing automation ecosystem, with ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Manages platform governance, customer data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, personalized journey orchestration, AI-enabled campaigns, analytics, testing, and continuous improvement. Leads and develops a marketing automation team while partnering with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Data teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes within a regulated financial services environment.

Leads strategic growth and innovation initiatives from business-case development through launch. Manages strategic partnerships, translates commercial objectives into product and technology requirements, oversees integrated roadmaps, establishes operating models and governance, and coordinates cross-functional execution. Advises C-suite leaders, drives stakeholder alignment, and maximizes adoption of innovation capabilities across financial-services channels and operations.

Leads pension risk transfer pricing strategy and execution, overseeing actuarial models, assumptions, reserves, capital, asset-liability management, transaction economics, and inforce business management. Partners with Actuarial, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal, and business teams to deliver competitive, financially sound outcomes. Provides senior-management recommendations, strengthens pricing governance and model controls, and advances automation, analytics, and responsible AI use.
