Provide phone-based product and sales support to financial professionals, generate annuity illustrations, fulfill marketing requests, and partner with internal wholesalers and service teams to resolve issues, identify sales opportunities, and improve advisor experience using CRM and digital tools.

Drive sales growth through the Independent Marketing Organization channel by developing relationships with marketing organizations, financial advisors, and distribution partners. Lead Athene's New Business Operations including processing, suitability, and hybrid contact center. Drive operational excellence via process optimization, analytics, automation, cross-functional partnership, compliance, and people leadership to improve producer and policyholder experience and support growth.

Manages operational relationships with banks, broker-dealers, and wirehouses. Serves as the primary contact for escalations, technology needs, onboarding, product launches, and operational initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams and sales account managers to resolve issues, improve processes, enhance service delivery, and support strategic decisions. Educates distribution partners on procedures and service goals while maintaining industry relationships. Travel to partner locations or conferences is required at 10% or less.

The Director will lead pension risk transfer transactions, coordinating across teams, managing workstreams, and ensuring successful execution and client engagement.

Provide strategic legal counsel to Vitera leadership on commercial, product, technology, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, SaaS, data-sharing, and vendor agreements.
