Manage and grow strategic Higher Education accounts across the Central US by leveraging relationships, market analysis, and procurement contracts. Develop and execute territory sales strategies, influence design standards, align solutions with customers' ESG and capital priorities, collaborate with local sales, service, and controls teams, and track opportunities in Salesforce. Regular travel within the territory required.

Responsible for aftermarket service sales of commercial HVAC equipment to existing customers in the Kansai region. Propose maintenance contracts, repair and upgrade solutions, handle proposals, negotiations, estimates, inspection reports, and credit/prospect management. Coordinate with internal service and installation engineers to deliver high-quality solutions to factories, hospitals, commercial and public facilities, schools, office buildings, and data centers.
