Processes life insurance applications, reviews submissions for completeness, verifies customer information, assesses basic underwriting requirements, resolves data discrepancies, issues coverage materials, and prepares policy correspondence. The role requires accurate data entry across multiple systems, strong customer communication, timely work within service-level agreements, and collaboration with internal teams to follow enrollment policies and procedures.

Analyze and model property catastrophe reinsurance treaties using catastrophe modeling platforms. Prepare and validate exposure data, execute models, interpret risk metrics, develop scenarios, and identify portfolio risk drivers. Support underwriting, actuarial pricing, placement, renewals, and management decisions through clear reporting. Participate in model validation, calibration, research, and development while collaborating with underwriters, actuaries, and other stakeholders.

Supports commercial insurance account management by issuing certificates, ID cards, and property evidence; processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, audits, and invoices; ordering loss runs, experience modifications, and MVRs; reporting claims; maintaining spreadsheets; and organizing policy documentation.

Reviews Workers’ Compensation premium audits for accuracy, compliance, classifications, payroll, ownership, endorsements, and entity relationships. Investigates discrepancies, disputes, and late-reported claims; coordinates policy corrections; researches supporting information; responds to brokers, carriers, auditors, vendors, and internal teams; and maintains documentation of findings and revisions.

Manages assigned commercial insurance and risk advisory accounts, serving as the primary client contact. Leads renewals, service delivery, client communications, proposals, risk analysis, and internal coordination. Provides consultative guidance on coverage and risk strategies, supports retention and growth, and mentors Risk Analysts. Requires maintaining insurance licenses, managing competing priorities, and traveling as needed.

Manages employee benefits programs and serves as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include client relationship management, renewals and new business marketing, benefits administration, plan design, market and data analysis, regulatory compliance, audits, reporting, and vendor management. Provides insurance expertise and strategic recommendations while supporting sales and service teams. Requires a Florida Life and Health Insurance license within 30 days of hire, client or account management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Manage Washington workers’ compensation claims for consulting clients, focusing on cost containment, claim investigation, return-to-work strategies, medical coordination, and customer education. Review claim and regulatory documentation, communicate with employers, medical providers, underwriters, and L&I employees, advocate for customers, monitor claim procedures, develop action plans, and coordinate financial analytics and service delivery.
