Manage workers' compensation claims from intake to resolution: investigate incidents, review medical records, determine compensability, make acceptance/settlement decisions, maintain claim files, control costs and reserves, ensure state compliance, communicate with injured workers and stakeholders, and collaborate with legal, medical, and risk teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Handle and resolve high-exposure Directors & Officers, transactional risk, and financial institutions liability claims. Manage investigations, coverage analysis, reserving, litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, and counsel/experts. Represent the company at mediations, trials, and meetings; coordinate with internal/external partners and travel as needed.

The ESIS Claims Representative manages workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with laws, communicating with stakeholders, and controlling costs through investigation and documentation.

Manage a retained law firm relationship to ensure high-quality, efficient litigation and client service. Supervise, train, and coach attorneys; enforce ProLaw case management and reporting; monitor staffing, inventory, budgets, and performance metrics; drive business development and relationship-building with Claims and Underwriting; implement OKRs and continuous improvement to meet quality and financial goals.

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks for embedded hardware/firmware using Python (and C as needed).
