Lead development and execution of partnership strategies across auto finance channels to drive customer acquisition, revenue, product innovation, and market expansion. Build executive relationships, negotiate agreements, onboard and optimize partners, measure partnership performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership initiatives with company strategy and risk/compliance standards.

Senior leader responsible for customer management of the credit card business, building analytics and product teams, optimizing portfolio performance (credit line increases, balance build, pricing, collections), creating risk/reward frameworks, shaping multi-year strategy, supporting M&A, and communicating results to the CEO, CFO and board.

Communicate with vendors, attorneys, banks, and internal teams.

Provides administrative support for repossession processing by reviewing accounts, documentation, titles, liens, unit values, account notes, and state-regulated letters. Identifies missing information and unperfected liens, meets SLA timeframes, supports business partners, maintains system and policy knowledge, assists with process improvements, and completes compliance training.

Locates customers and vehicle collateral through skip tracing, manages repossession accounts from assignment through auction transportation, coordinates agents and vendors, approves fees, maintains vendor relationships, handles delinquency-resolution calls, and completes required federal and state regulatory paperwork while adhering to FDCPA and CFPB requirements.

Leads the strategy, design, and implementation of data science and machine learning capabilities for auto finance. Builds and manages a high-performing data science team, develops underwriting and risk models, researches advanced techniques and data sources, partners with business and technology leaders, and ensures model risk, compliance, validation, deployment, and monitoring standards are met.

Leads the design, architecture, and implementation of frontend and web platform solutions using Angular or React. Builds reusable Web Components and Design Systems, develops Node.js tooling, and creates Playwright end-to-end test automation integrated with CI/CD. Provides hands-on technical leadership through code reviews, testing, mentoring, planning, documentation, risk mitigation, and collaboration with Product, UX, QA, Architecture, and Backend teams.

Lead end-to-end category sourcing to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and quality. Develop category strategies, run RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor performance, and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives.

Serve as single-point contact for customer requests to cancel optional insurance products via phone, email, mail, or in person. Manage inbound/outbound contacts, ensure compliance with regulations (FDCPA), process back-office cancellations, refunds and stop payments, meet service-level agreements, and maintain high accuracy and quality across channels including web chat and text.
