Prepare calculations, specifications, BIM-based designs, coordinate multi-discipline teams, attend client/site meetings, ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability targets, mentor junior staff, and support projects from concept through handover.

Lead electrical engineering design and delivery for major building projects (healthcare, education, transport, event centres, data centres). Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, act as Project Manager or Discipline Lead, manage budgets and programmes, support business development, ensure compliance with Irish and international standards, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee resourcing and commercial performance.
